The Quapaw Marshals provide certified instructors in Active Shooter Threat Response co-located with the unoccupied Pitcher High School. Quapaw Tribe DPS also offers former Special Operations soldiers from the 75th Ranger Regiment teaching marksmanship, Close Quarters Combat (CQC), Explosive/Mechanical Breaching, and Active Shooter Threat Response.

O-Gah-Pah Pride Kennel trains K9 Teams in Detection, Apprehension, Tracking, Building and Area Search for man or odor, also by US Military Special Operations Veterans of the Iraq/Afghanistan.
